How to Print Multiple Computer Files in sequence

Doing a big project with multiple documents that needs to be printed in sequence seems to be very easy. However, this will not be easy if we are talking about 500 documents in MS Word, Excel, PDF, CAD Drawings, etc.

Here's one way of doing it.

Setup the printer to the correct layout and paper

• go your your devices and printer setting
• cllick the printer you will be using and make it the default printer
• setup the printer paper orientation whether it will be in landscape of portrait mode
• select the paper size

Arrange the documents and print

1. Copy individual documents to a single location and arrange in sequence.
2. highlight up to 15 documents to be printed at time.
3. make a right-button click on the mouse
4. and select print.
5. viola.... your document will now be printed in sequence or arrangement. Just make sure that you are the only one using the printer.

As for other other options, there are lots of it. Since I am happy with the one I am using, so I will stick to it at the moment till I encounter another problem.
